Bloom into Vitality

As nature awakens from its slumber, we welcome the fragrance of fresh flowers in the air and bask in the gentle warmth of the sun.

Spring and summer beckon us to immerse ourselves in the beauty and abundance of nature, reminding us to embrace the seasons of growth, vitality, and the simple joys that each day brings.

Blossom by blossom, the Seasons Begin...

In Chinese Medicine theory, there are five natural elements that exist within us, as they do in nature.
Each season belongs to a particular element and has unique correspondences. It is encouraged that as the seasons change, we should adapt accordingly to promote good health. By living in harmony with the environment, we can prevent illness and imbalance. Therefore, it is important for us to nourish the corresponding organ during the different seasons to maintain balance.

With this in mind, BLOM carefully selects the herbs to maximise the benefits of our blends.

"In spring you sow, in summer you grow.
In fall you harvest and in winter you stow."

What’s Blom?

You've probably heard the line: "Bird's nest makes you look younger!"
Originating from the word "Bloom", we tinkered with the concept of restoring youth.
By removing an 'o', we hope to make you look and feel 10 years younger, at your fullest, brightest stage.
That's why we're 'Blom' and not 'Bloom'.

Seasons' the Reason

The four seasons and Yin and Yang are the fundamentals of everything.
As such, nourishing the ‘Yang’ in spring and summer and ‘Yin’ in autumn and winter helps us to cultivate balance, harmony, and holistic health throughout the year.

To live in harmony with ‘Yin’ and ‘Yang’ will bring about peace, and living against the ‘Yin’ and ‘Yang’ will bring about chaos. While Chinese herbs may be prescribed singly, they are often combined to maximize the effectiveness of each while counteracting any unwanted effects.
